Good design is only the start. Our delivery team coordinates Hong Kong compliance, cross-border procurement, site works and handover documentation as one programme. We agree the contract structure, insurance, reporting and quality records at the outset, so every stakeholder understands who is responsible for what.
A named local contact coordinates the project team, qualified contractors, insurance and required records.
Samples, approved substitutions, GBA prefabrication, logistics and local installation are tracked from order to completion.
Weekly reports compare planned and actual progress, with site photos, risks, decisions and upcoming milestones.
