For 20 years, we have designed and delivered offices across Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Today, we provide office design, fit-out, refurbishment, reinstatement and FF&E services for companies in Hong Kong and across Asia.
Our Shenzhen and Hong Kong offices bring together more than 40 senior designers, 18 project managers, around 150 in-house tradespeople and licensed Hong Kong contractors. One team coordinates the programme, procurement, site quality and handover.
We have completed more than 10 million sq ft of work. In the past two years alone, we have served over 30 Hong Kong companies across Central, Sheung Wan, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok and Hong Kong Science Park.
Our Shenzhen and Hong Kong offices, direct supply chain and licensed local contractors give you clear communication and defined responsibilities throughout the project.
Our Shenzhen design and supply teams work to the same brief as our Hong Kong project and site teams.
From samples and specifications to quality checks and cross-border logistics, every purchase and approved substitution is documented.
We arrange the qualified personnel, insurance, building management coordination and handover documents required for each project.

A named local contact coordinates the project team, qualified contractors, insurance and required records.
Samples, approved substitutions, prefabrication, logistics and local installation are tracked from order to completion.
